Creative After Work is a network meeting for the creative industry at EMMA – Kreativzentrum Pforzheim. Each meeting has a thematic focus. A company, a project or a topic relevant to the creative industries, such as trends in interface design, PR on the social web or the successful market launch of a product, are presented and explained by guest speakers.
Individual coaching
The individual coaching sessions are aimed at self-employed people in the creative sector at all stages of their business. In 60 minutes, individual issues relating to your own company can be discussed, from reviewing the business plan to developing marketing and sales strategies and possible funding to preparing a pitch.

Anyone who wants to start a label, work as a freelancer or set up a team is confronted with many questions, from formalities and legal principles to the right market entry strategy and financing options such as subsidies or contact with banks, investors and crowdfunding. Short videos are at the heart of modern social media communication. Whether on Instagram, TikTok or LinkedIn – in just a few seconds, they captivate your audience, tell stories and convey messages. In this interactive online seminar, you will learn how to create compelling short videos with strategic planning, dramaturgical skill and the right editing techniques. Immerse yourself in the world of Instagram Reels, TikTok clips and innovative editing apps such as CapCut. AI tools such as HeyGen, Suno.ai or Runway can be a good addition – without any major technical know-how! IHK/ HWK start-up consultation day
The consultation days of the IHK Nordschwarzwald / Karlsruhe Chamber of Crafts are aimed at interested parties who would like to start their own business in the foreseeable future. In addition to information on how to create a start-up concept and make use of public funding, participants will be informed about legal and tax aspects as well as the procedure for setting up a business and will receive comprehensive information material.

As part of the EXTRA series Theater@A.K.T;, three actresses from Theater Pforzheim will be performing at the finissage of the PARAD “EYES” FRACTAL ODYSSEY exhibition: in a kind of walking act performance, Anne-Kathrin Hönes, Joanna Lissai and Nika Wanderer will slip into their roles as Norns one last time and celebrate the exhibition theatrically.
